Luxembourg is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy in Western Europe, its capital Luxembourg City. A hereditary Grand Duke or Grand Duchess serves as head of state while the Prime Minister heads the government, and the unicameral Chamber of Deputies holds legislative power.
