Judith Suminwa Tuluka has served as Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since 12 June 2024, the first woman to hold the position. She previously served as Minister of State and Minister of Planning from March 2023 to April 2024 under Prime Minister Sama Lukonde, and earlier worked with the United Nations Development Programme and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
