Absolute and Near-Absolute Monarchical Governments

A government whose chief executive authority is held by or exercised in the name of a reigning monarch with few or no binding constitutional checks from an elected legislature. Belongs here: the Mohammed bin Salman Government, exercising Saudi Arabia's executive authority under the King.
