Belongs here: the Swiss Federal Council, Switzerland's seven-member collegial executive, the only entity of this form live in this atlas. Does not belong here: an ordinary cabinet led by one head of government who is clearly first among equals; that government belongs under Parliamentary Governments or Presidential Administrations instead.
