A government whose executive authority runs through a single constitutionally or practically dominant ruling party rather than through electoral competition between parties for the same office. Belongs here: the Li Qiang Government, the Xi Jinping Administration and the Le Minh Hung Government. Does not belong here: a government led by a party that currently holds a majority within a genuinely competitive multi-party system, however dominant; that government is filed under Parliamentary Governments or Presidential Administrations by its own constitutional form instead.
