The Macron Presidency is the current administration of the French Republic under President Emmanuel Macron, in its second term since 14 May 2022. Under the Fifth Republic constitution, the President holds a reserved domain (domaine reserve) over foreign policy and national defense, distinct from the Prime Minister-led government's domestic remit; several Prime Ministers (Attal, Barnier, Bayrou, Lecornu) have led that domestic government within this same presidential term without changing France's foreign-policy actor.
